This is your portal to a better service

As an internal service provider, you are our customers. Our core goal is to help you to achieve your program/team outcomes, to increase capacity and scope, and support more carers and people with disability to live their best lives. 

Please use the Design Portal for ALL marketing and communications requests, including: 

  • Resource design and development
  • Website updates
  • Questions, quotes, or approvals
  • Small tasks or larger projects
  • Quotes, invoicing, and administration

We generally do need the information from the form to properly triage your request and avoid follow-up questions. 

If you have a very simple request and the form feels like overkill, you can always email design@carersqld.com.au, it will still create a ticket in our portal and help us to prioritise your support.

It's important to note the following: 

  • Your ticket will be assigned to one of our team within one (1) business day.
  • Allow a five (5) business day turnaround for general workflow
    e.g., requests for a flyer, newsletter, website update, or social media post. 
  • Allow a minimum of four (4) weeks lead time for projects, campaigns, or video development; major campaigns can require 3+ months
    e.g., more complex work that requires multiple steps, the development of multiple assets or deliverables, or delivery over an extended timeframe.
  • Please ensure content is aligned with relevant guidelines and policies and is approved within your business unit to avoid changes and delays.
